Welcome to People Picture Project (PPP). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, platform, and participation in our events, including Happy Screening and IDea Jamming. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of the Platform

You agree to use our platform and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the ecosystem.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to register for events or submit partnership applications.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during onboarding or registration is accurate and up to date.

2. Partnership Agreements

For users registering as a People Partner, Picture Partner, or Project Partner, specific operational and financial terms (such as the 15%, 20%, or 30% revenue share structures) will be outlined in a separate, formal Partnership Agreement provided upon approval of your application.

• Submission of a partnership inquiry does not guarantee approval.
• PPP reserves the right to review, accept, or reject partner applications at its sole discretion based on ecosystem requirements.

3. Event Participation & IDea Jamming

By participating in IDea Jamming or Happy Screening events as an attendee, speaker, or pitcher:

• You acknowledge that ideas pitched during open sessions are shared in a public forum. PPP is not responsible for the protection of unpatented or unprotected intellectual property shared during live events.
• PPP reserves the right to capture photos and videos during events for the purpose of community gallery showcases, promotional material, and impact documentation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, structure, and materials on the PPP platform, excluding third-party partner content, are the intellectual property of People Picture Project. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

PPP acts as an infrastructure and networking facilitator. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, interactions with other community members, or participation in physical events.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
